Castle Rock Pro Plumbing is based at 2254 Center St, Suite 5, in Castle Rock, Colorado. We serve the Town of Castle Rock and the surrounding Douglas County communities, including Parker, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and the rural areas near Castlewood Canyon and Franktown.

Every technician holds a Colorado DORA plumbing license, issued by the state's own Plumbing Board rather than a county or municipal credential, and all work follows the International Plumbing Code as adopted by Colorado.

Our Approach

Being Upfront About Limitations

We do not fabricate reviews, star ratings, or customer counts. We do not use scare tactics to upsell a replacement when a repair genuinely fits. If a job is outside our scope, such as a well pump repair on a rural property, we will tell you honestly rather than taking the job anyway.

We would rather lose a job that is not a good fit than take it on and do it poorly. That standard applies whether the call is a five-minute faucet repair or a multi-day repiping project.

Why We Started Here

Castle Rock's mix of older downtown homes and rapidly growing newer subdivisions means a plumber here needs to be comfortable with very different plumbing generations on the same day, sometimes the same street. We built our approach around that reality rather than specializing in only one kind of housing stock.

The same applies across our wider Douglas County coverage area. A technician who only knows new-construction PEX systems is not much help on an older Parker home near Mainstreet, and one who only knows older galvanized plumbing will be caught off guard by a newer Highlands Ranch build.

What We Will Not Say

We will not claim a specific number of jobs completed, a star rating, or a customer count unless it is something we can actually verify and stand behind. A new local business does not have decades of manufactured history to lean on, and we would rather be honest about that than invent a track record.

Some plumbing sites fill their homepage with five-star quotes attributed to customers who may or may not exist. We would rather not do that. If and when we have real, verifiable reviews to share, we will add them honestly labeled as such, not dressed up as more than they are.
