The terms that apply when you request service from Castle Rock Pro Plumbing.
Service Estimates & Pricing
We provide a flat price quote before any work begins. Non-emergency estimates are free. Emergency dispatch work is quoted on-site before the repair starts. Final pricing may vary from an initial phone estimate once a technician has diagnosed the actual issue.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms, where applicable, will be communicated in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from and governed by the manufacturer's own terms.
Limitation of Liability
Castle Rock Pro Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the scope of work performed, or for damage resulting from a customer's failure to disclose known issues with their plumbing system prior to service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
